However, the complexity of underlying systems and stringent demands of operational needs makes it very challenging to dynamically evolve underlying SoS architecture because it is typically pre-defined in a centralized manner.<\/p><p>This project leverages the emerging concepts and principles from Intent-based Networking (IBN) in software-defined networks for dynamically creating multiple pathways to achieve CI with distributed complex systems. This project is developing comprehensive approaches for:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Commander\u2019s Intent Formulation<\/strong> via a comprehensive Ontology that is compliant with Basic Formal Ontology (BFO) (insert link) and Common Core Ontology (CCO).<\/li><li><strong>Commander\u2019s Intent Processing<\/strong> via First Order Logic and Allen\u2019s Interval Algebra for machine reasoning.<\/li><li><strong>Commander\u2019s Intent Achievement<\/strong> via System of Systems Analytical methods that include Graph Theory and Multi-Attribute Utility Theory.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"related-works\">\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column
